Osprey - Zaino escursionismo - Daylite Plus Black - Nero

I purchased this bag as a day pack hiking and cross country skiing. It is comfortable to wear for long periods and has enough storage to carry everything I needed. The only thing I regretted is not buying a rain cover at the same time!

I ordered the Earl Gray color expecting the Daylite Plus to be gray. It is not. It's actually olive green. So I returned it to the Tampa FL store where I ordered it and ordered the black one. A week later, another Earl Gray showed up on my doorstep. Very frustrating. To top it off, my wife called to complain and ask the manager to inform her employee what she did wrong. The manager said, don't you worry about my staff" in a condescending tone. Not professional at all or apologetic. If I was a manager there, I would welcome any and all feedback to keep my customer base happy and coming back for more. Needless to say, after this fiasco is fixed, we probably won't return to this location.

Comfortable to carry and fits plenty. We added a hydration pack too.

Perfect size for work and short trips. Seems well made.

Great overall bag! Perfect for travelling/hiking and general purpose use. Side pockets perfect to fit a yeti in the side off.
