Order process easy, product delivered to schedule but set up process to other handsets could be made easier

I bought this device directly from Panasonic about a week ago, based on their description. I am not very impressed. For example, I couldn't copy the phonebook from my other Panasonic phone, a KX-TG8521; the display is very limited, and requires scrolling through one at a time for callers and redials, rather than presenting a list of five per screen. Alas, the KX-TG8521 is no longer marketed.

Nice style, doesn’t take up much space. The volume was easy to adjust, and good clear sound from the handset and answering machine. Delighted with my purchase.

This is a great home phone system. Bought the base unit with two extra phones about 2 years ago. There is no loss of quality, no matter which phone you pick up through the house. Really good that you put a new number in the phone book and it automatically links and updates on the other two phones. My last phone didn't do that and it was a pain. My only negative comments is that it would be good if there were an audible warning that you had a voice message. Often been in the house several hours before I realised the light was flashing. Oh and the phones & base units are easy to dust with no awkward corners...a good point for us house husbands!
