Very happy with the ease of installing, label set-up and operation. Had experiences with other brands (both direct and indirect printing) and the Brother is heaps easierier. The P-Touch editor is easy to learn and use. Printer is doing what it suppose to do without any fuss.

Love this printer and the different size labels available. The software is the easiest to use.
