Absolutely loved my last oral b but this floss action head is super harsh and stiff , can’t fault the oral b toothbrush handle at all , works perfectly . I don’t remember the floss action being so hard

The battery life is not that good only lasts about 4 days but other than that it's okbut it does need a battery indicator to show how much battery life you have.

Don't buy any Braun electric toothbrush if you want it to last. The 1st 1 I brought lasted 5 years and was great. The last 3 last precisely 13 months and the the switch blows out and they turn themselves on and won't turn off. Both my kids ones also done the same. No doubt intentionally engineered to not last like most things these days so it's a no from me

This brush was a massive let down. It's no better than the one I replaced

works well good product but false advertising as the description said it comes with 2 heads which is why I brought this one over 2 other ones, but when I got it through click and collect and got it unpacked it only had 1 head and box says only 1
