I'm very fussy with red lip products but this is an amazing product. The color is a beautiful red brick and it lasts, and lasts and lasts. I put it on in the morning for work and don't need to do any touch-ups even after eating lunch, and I hate when red lips start to wear off but this one stays put. And the best part is it feels nice, not stickiness or dry chalky chapped feel.

I recently purchased three MAC lipsticks from your official store in Vietnam. I was very impressed with the colors and the texture — they were comfortable to wear and became part of my daily routine. Unfortunately, after about two weeks, all three lipsticks broke at the base. I had to use glue to fix them temporarily, which means I cannot fully use the products as intended. This was very disappointing and did not meet my expectations for a premium brand like MAC. Due to this experience, I am unlikely to repurchase in the future, which makes me really sad as I truly enjoyed the formula at first. I hope you can take this feedback seriously and improve the product durability for your customers.
