Davidoff Horizon EDT 125 ml — Eau de Toilette

Many thanks to Miriam for the bottle of a very special fragrance and for this sample :-) Due to the rather negative reviews on Parfumo, I was initially quite skeptical about "Horizon | Davidoff." In the end, I must honestly say that I really like the scent DNA. The problem, however, is the very weak longevity. The scent becomes quite close to the skin after just 2-3 hours. There is obviously no great sillage either. In the first seconds, the top note releases a lot of ginger. After that, grapefruit and mandarins dominate. The heart note offers cedarwood, a pleasant spiciness, and a light, green patchouli aroma. In the base, I still recognize a woody-balsamic vetiver note. In the end, this is a beautiful and mature men's fragrance that works perfectly on warm days. But only for a short duration.
