Burberry Hero Uomo EDP 50ml — Eau de Parfum

The Bordeaux among the heroes - slightly alcoholic, with tannins - similar to the scent of a beautifully heavy, slightly velvety red wine. It then becomes woodier and has a hint of pine and fir forest. In the background, a green freshness is perceptible, though faint. Less smoky than the other heroes. Probably the most complex hero. And likely more of an evening scent... however, the Parfum Intense is also perfectly wearable during the day. Overall very noble, if it weren't for that alcoholic component. Therefore, I prefer the EdP and P. Still recommendable if you're looking for something slightly boozy, or simply want to try another flanker.

"Leather makes an appearance in the opening with the cedar by starts to take the back stage as we progress and we dry down into a rather dull, but strong sweet vanilla scent. Most of the wood and leather is lost along the way, unfortunately. Overall too sweet for my tastes and very strong. Slightly irritating to my sinuses, so not really interested in it. The (large) 5ml sample will likely languish pretty hard but after a few tries just too much for not enough. Overall it's pretty smooth and inoffensive I would just like a little more spiciness and edge, with less sweetness."

It is the strongest but also the nicest scent out of all of the Hero colognes. I bought it for my boyfriend and it’s all he wears since. The note of leather gives the fragrance a unique and elegant smell and it’s definitely worth the price.
