Product was delivered broken and empty. I am not sure how to request a refund or a replacement

I had a great experience as I always do with CVS. They have great deals and items are always available for me.

Macy should improve on packaging. The bottle was broken and all perfume was gone when delivered. The perfume must be great as what I could feel from the wet box and broken bottle. 5 star for smell. I wanted to gift it to my son on Thanksgiving. But unfortunately I couldn’t as it was delivered broken. The box was wet. Being glass bottle, it should have been packaged with bubble wrap but there was just one paper kept near the bottle. I was very disappointed. Customer care person was great. Helped me refund and offered another delivery. But I could not rely on another delivery due the way ot was packed.. However it was very sad that I could not gift it to my son. It was more important that day.
