Fujifilm XF 23mm f/2.0 R WR Nero

I always try to pack in an immense amount of research before my purchases but missed the numerous points made of this lens softness wide open. I thought this would be ample for low light as a 35mm equivalent but the softness has me reaching for my prior lenses. Will probably put on the secondary market and pick up a Voigtlander.

A good match for the smaller interchangeable-lens camera bodies from Fujifilm, this lens is itself fairly small and lightweight, The aperture ring allows the user to set the aperture manually to take advantage of the relatively fast f2 opening available. If you're a committed outdoor photographer, the weather resistance is a bonus.

Wanted a second camera small enough to travel.Bought the fantastic Fuji on sx10 and this lens goes brilliantly with it.Very compact and lightweight.

Good Points: Excellent sharpness even at 1.8 Not too big, balances nicely on my xpro2 Lovely ‘clicky’ f stop dial

Not too much to say really, it's a great lens and I have no complaints about it. It focuses quickly and it's plenty sharp. Super happy with it!
