No issues with this item.works on windows 11 Dell desktop without any glitches or freezing.

Bought this mouse as the laptop's own touch pad was causing problems.

Its lightweight design makes it comfortable for extended use, and the responsiveness is impressively fast, ensuring smooth navigation for both work and casual tasks. The plug-and-play setup is a breeze, requiring no additional software, which adds to its ease of use. Ordering from Dell's official website was a seamless experience. The site is user-friendly, with clear product details and a hassle-free checkout process. Delivery was remarkably fast, with the mouse arriving well-packaged and in perfect condition within a couple of days. A word of caution: I noticed many listings for this mouse on eBay, and there's a risk of encountering counterfeit products. To ensure authenticity and quality, I'd strongly recommend purchasing directly from Dell's website or authorized retailers. Overall, the MS116 is a solid, no-frills mouse that's perfect for anyone seeking reliability and performance. Highly recommended for its simplicity and efficiency. Rating: 4.5/5

I used to use a wireless mouse to connect to my surface pro, but it would sometimes stop working. Since changing to a wired mouse I never have any issues.
