Arrived today and an entire row of pixels on this monitor is completely warped, see picture. Can’t get through the automated chat bot on their support site to speak to someone, no option to even report defects to them. Only “repair” tickets for damage you’ve caused yourself Absolutely awful experience.

Purchased this to match a more expensive Benq monitor for a work set up. Great picture.

On my Win 10 PC, works so well, the quality of the image is lovely, the menu is intuitive and the size is amazing for the price. The picture is crisp and the calibration is easy and spot on. I can absolutely recommend this monitor.
