WHY DID YOU CHANGE THE FORMULA?????/ IT'S HORRIBLE AND SMUDGES AND FLAKES UNDER THE EYES NOW!!!!!

PLEASE GO BACK TO YOUR ORIGINAL FORMULA! I just got this and have been a dedicated customer since 2016! This last time, the mascara smudges all over my bottom lids throughout the day and is so hard to take off when it used to come off in tubes which was amazing! I am so sad and disappointed and now want to start looking elsewhere.

Clumped immediately. Thick. Nothing I did helped. Definitely no length.

I used this mascara for over 10 years and absolutely loved it. Unfortunately, the formula has changed. It now smudges onto my upper eyelids throughout the day, which never happened before, and it’s much harder to wash off with water. I’m so disappointed they changed such a great product. Now I have to find a new favorite mascara after more than a decade.

Thought I was imagining it, but this isn't the same product any more. Different texture and doesn't last as long or as well. What a shame, have been using it for years. There's no seal on the product, not keen on that either. Why do they do this??
