provided you follow the quantities this works well and quickly (make sure water is almost boiling as pasta make is quite quick to mix and extrude), easy to clean attachments for future use

It takes all the work out of the process. I purchased Italian semolina flour and I'm very happy with the taste and texture of the finished pasta. I also enjoy having 6 options of different pasta types with the attachments that came with it. Great way to make a healthier pasta! I also used it to mix bread dough.

So easy to use, very versatile. I’ve tried every pasta recipe I could find online with every type of flour. With eggs without eggs, with olive oil without olive oil, simply water and flour, gluten-free, this Pasta Maker is solid and produces beautiful pasta. Start to finish…10 minutes to fresh pasta !

Machine is so easy to use. Easy to clean. My only complaint is that there are zero instructions and recipes.
