Lancom Systems Treno merci

This is an excellent set. Not only does it have the train and track- all the other items are excellent, well thought out and make for very good play value. If only Lego would make a cheaper motor and lighting set, sadly adding this does really increase the price! Still, it is good and the easy purchase and free delivery from JL was as always superb:-)

We bought this for our grandson, who is six and loves trains. The squeal of delight, when he unwrapped it, was worth far more than we paid for it. It is a beautiful set, the attention to detail and the little human touches, such as a coffee maker in the signal box, are what makes Lego so amazing. We spent a wonderful afternoon, putting it together and the result made my grandson very happy.

My 8 year old son has played with this every day since purchase. The contents provide lots of different opportunities for imaginative play and it combines perfectly with the other city lego sets. My husband enjoyed building it too.

Set is good BUT huge disappointment - not only didn't they provide a chargeable battery pack, they didn't even include rechargeable batteries or ordinary batteries. There's a certain cheapness in today's world that didn't exist previously, even from LEGO. Would instead recommend to buy a better value product.

My 7 year old son loves this. It had 20 percent off, so was pretty good value too.
