Decent laptop, not too neavy. Not convinced by the material of the case. The fan seems to spin up sooner than I'd expect

Delivery was super quick. So far so good, have had this laptop for 3 days and has been working very well. Was going to use the free Norton which came with the laptop but wanted bank details for future payments, not willing to to do this!

I've been using this for mild gaming, (I love building & designing on sims 4) I have every available expansion pack & add on available, and about 100-200 mods, and it's still runs smoothly. Fast internet, no lagging. Easy, step by step set up, AMAZING storage. Beautiful clarity & images. Battery life doesn't last long at All while gaming, but I usually keep it on the charger, so that's not an issue for me. I'm not computer savvy, but for the amount of storage & gaming features, it's definitely worth the investment.

I use my lap top about 10 hours a week. every few weeks, it freezes and i have to hold the power button down to force it off. when i turn it back on, it often won't work and i have to force power off a few times to get it to work. This also happens if I shut it off through the screen 'power off' option. So now, my solution is to just restart it when I'm done using it. Seems to work for now. Every brand of lap top is terrible!!

Wouldn't connect to any docking stations. Sent it back.
