Does not stay in place for more than 1hr. Have tried with primer, still gave me panda eyes. I was sceptical because it said long lasting and had good reviews but do not buy if you're looking for long lasting!

Found BB eye gel the best by far, I had tried other top brands but found BB most reliable, non smudging, and provides clear definition for my eyes

I have this in Jet Black and Caviar Ink. I use this eyeliner with Bobbi Brown's eyeliner brush. The liner applies very smoothly and wear very well during the day. I have oily eye lids and I'm always on the hunt for eyeliners that stay put and don't end up underneath my eyes during the day. It stays on until I'm ready to take it off with makeup remover. The Gel Liner has been my go-to for years. I'll always use this eyeliner.
