Philips Epilatore Laser Lumea Advanced

I have been using this product as directed for 2 months. My hair growth is exactly the same even though I was advised I was the perfect candidate for this product.

This product is great and easy to use and after one treatment could see a visible reduction in hair growth. However after three weeks of having this product it is not working and the 1-5 buttons keep flashing and it will not start the treatment. I contacted Philips support over a week ago and not received a response yet. I would like a replacement as this system is great but aftercare support is not.

It is a good product. Takes a bit of getting used to.
