Turtle Beach Cuffie Gaming Recon 50p

The cord was not in the box so my boy hasnt been able to use it.I have not returned product yet as we just got back from christmas vacation

Could I use a longer cord but otherwise it seems to work fine. I don't understand why they have the headphones oxygen angle to me that you more straight up and down like a normal headphones but that's fine microphone is a bit different you can detach it and then hook it up

The headset came broken, everything seemed fine until I went to join a party with a friend. The microphone doesn't work at all and the sound is barely there.

I was not happy with this product. Besides not being the most comfortable headset the microphone plug in did not stay in place and would even fall out of the plug

The cord is continuously curling up and now the mic will noy stay in.
