Shawn – June 22, 2018 Can’t say anything negative. The headset works. Purchased about 10-15 for some users here and none of them came back to me so I guess they work well enough. What I can say is I ordered the wrong cable and the ordering team fixed it correctly before they shipped it. Customer service also has answered quickly. Kudos to those 2 areas.
