Aveda Balsamo leggero alla menta e rosmarino 250 ml — Balsamo

I have used this conditioner for years and loved how i could coat my thin hair with it because the formula wasn't thick and difficult to distribute. Now the thick formula is so much more difficult to distribute and i'm finding my hair is super tangly and difficult to manage. A HUGE problem too is that the thick conditioner barely can be squeezed out of the bottle! If you are keeping the thick formula, at least put it in a tube that can be USER FRIENDLY. Please consider at least that!

I have used the conditioner and shampoo for over 30 years except for a period of time about 3-4 years ago when the conditioner formulation changed and it was very watery and not at all what I expected. Customer service said they were sorry that I didn't like the new formulation so my loyalty took a hit. I used another conditioner after that until a friend that also used the conditioner said they had changed back to the old formula or close to it. I have been using for awhile and it is tolerable.

This is the first time I’ve used this. I am very impressed. Lovely scent and leaves my hair feeling soft and smooth. Will definitely buy again.

Surprisingly my mixed brown and grey hair seemed to like this conditioner. I thought it might not moisturise my hair sufficiently but it was ok. Lovely aroma. Will buy again

Grabbed this on £10 Tuesday along with the shampoo. Just love it!
