The box was definitely open before. The product was not in its original packaging. I bought this product to gift someone but the packaging was so ugly that I returned it. Compared to its high price the product wasn’t handled correctly by the store or manufacturer.

I noticed that some of these reviews were negative, I bought this on sale and had no problem. It came in a timely manner to my P.O. Box and new in the box! I use it everyday! LOVE IT! Expensive, but worth the investment. I have used 4 of the 6 attachments so far for different things. Helps me to achieve a beautiful looking blow-out every time!
